Solar modules mounted over grass under bright sunlight

Operation & maintenance

A plant is only as good as its worst month

Solar modules have no moving parts, so disciplined cleaning, monitoring and quick fault response are what protect your generation and your payback.

Scope of work

What our O&M teams cover

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled inspection of modules, structures, cabling, junction boxes and protection.

Corrective maintenance

Fault diagnosis and rectification for inverters, strings and monitoring hardware.

Robotic cleaning

Waterless robotic cleaning for large arrays and water-scarce sites.

Water cleaning & RO

Water-based module cleaning with RO treatment so residue does not affect output.

SCADA & data logging

SCADA integration and data logging so performance is visible, not guessed at.

Sensors & analytics

Irradiance, module and ambient temperature sensors feeding performance-ratio reporting.

Why it matters

Low maintenance is not no maintenance

After installation, panels need only basic annual maintenance and cleaning to stay in good working order. Cells have no moving parts and stand up well to damage.

What changes output is soiling, shading, loose connections and undetected inverter faults — all of which a monitored O&M regime catches early.

  • Monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Cleaning schedules matched to site soiling rate
  • Spares planning and warranty claim support
  • Annual thermographic and insulation testing
